We support our teachers by providing a minimum of one day per week for planning and up to 10 days per year are also allocated for professional development. We recognise the importance of employing specialists in core subjects where enhanced salaries for new entrants and experienced applicants may apply. Annual discretionary performance related payments are also generally considered for teachers who have satisfied certain eligibility criteria.
Ambitious teachers know what their next step is in terms of career progression, whether you are just about to enter the profession or applying for a senior position with responsibility.
