We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, committed and inspirational Teacher of Science to join our team from September 2022. Joining the Science team at Sandwell Academy will provide an exciting challenge, and an opportunity to inspire and engage young people in their education. As part of the team you will teach a range of Science subjects including KS3 Science, KS4 Science, KS5 Science and L3 BTEC Science. The successful candidate will have an appropriate teaching qualification and be qualified to degree level.

The Department

The Science team at Sandwell Academy are an enthusiastic team of scientists who enjoy teaching the subject and are committed to innovative and engaging science opportunities for students. The curriculum is well resourced and designed to enable teachers the flexibility to adapt their session planning to the needs of students in their care. Students in modern laboratories, with technician support to provide a wide range of practical experiences.
